Every day we make choices to do or not do many things. These choices may range from profound to trivial and each one has an effect that makes our lives more fulfilling or less fulfilling, more balanced or less balanced, that make our process of living more effective or less effective. For example some people that succeed with little assistance in the past are now facing tough career transitions-professionals in contracting industries business owners who must find employment, those whose careers were interrupted by having children, career changes, talented ex-pats and immigrants with local education and experience, university grads and more. Transition coaching helps you learn how to make choices that create an effective, balanced and fulfilling life. During our coaching sessions we will target techniques that drive my clients out from unemployment, under-employment or unhappy employment.
I remember Timi, who had first great issues with both- finding a job after 6 years of staying at home with children, and then finding a balance between being full time employee and a mother of two still small kids. First we worked on what job she would really want to do, then we looked at all tools needed to achieve it. Once she started to work, I helped her to organize her professional/private life in a way that the whole family stayed balanced, which resulted in Timi finally becoming a happy mother and wife.
